An exclusive house with architectural sophistication

Rectilinear, stripped-down, rectangular building volumes form the basis of these four detached houses, each of which has a living area of about 175 m2. A modern pre-weathered timber facade emphasises the purist architecture. The houses feature high ceilings, room-high doors and windows. On the top floor, an open gable provides generosity in space. These architect-designed houses were designed by the architectural practice of Jacob & Spreng.
The owner-occupied homes are equipped with modern heat pumps and photovoltaic panels.
