This customer house is a freely planned house with lots of space. Architecturally, the owners wanted a modern and timeless detached house with a flat roof. A car garage with access to the house as well as a storage room for garden tools are connected to the new building. Coloured accents in grey harmonise with the white facade and the anthracite-grey window frames. Two spacious balconies and various seating areas on the terrace invite you to linger and relax. The pool provides the necessary cooling on hot summer days. The interior is a combination of a restrained colour palette and natural materials. Together they create a warm and cosy home. The spa area includes a sauna and a large relaxing zone.
