Energy-efficient features galore
The prefabricated house incorporates a host of state-of-the-art eco-friendly features, including a large bank of photovoltaic (PV) solar panels which provide electricity for the air source heat pumps (ASHPs) and power energy usage throughout the house. These air source heat pumps are manufactured by Stiebel Eltron, and are the latest offering in their selection of exceptionally quiet ASHPs - meaning the sound from these pumps will never be intrusive for those living or spending time in this house, even when standing right next to them.
Tesla batteries provide additional energy storage, while a generously sized double garage incorporates a car charger powered using this energy, delivering an optimal level of sustainability that you can expect as standard when you invest in one of our bespoke prefab homes. Large rainwater harvesting tanks are installed underground for sustainable garden irrigation, and are used for flushing all of the toilets in the house.
