Because when it comes to healthy home living, security and expertise, we do not compromise, while you can enjoy maximum flexibility, thanks to freely selectable fit-out stages.
External equipment
As early as the design stage for the external building elements, WeberHaus building owners enjoy extensive creative freedom. The new home thus acquires its own individual touch right from the exterior.

Place roof windows in unused roof slopes to create well-being rooms flooded with natural light. The frames and sashes of the windows are white plastic-coated on the inside, while the outer finishes are made of grey aluminium.
For roof windows in the area of an open gallery or staircase a centre pivot is installed with an integral electrically operated heat protection blind.
Highlight: Roof windows are installed as top-hung windows with triple-glazed insulating glass, permanent ventilation flap and heat protection awning.
Choose between two types of concrete roof tiles in six different colours with a matt or glazed surface. The roof finish is secured against storm and wind suction damage with storm clips in conformance with regulations.
Underneath the tiles in a built-out loft space, a 240 mm layer of insulation between the solid timber rafters combined with a 35 mm wood fibre insulation board provides pleasant protection against the heat in summer and the cold in winter.

Highlight: High-grade render in ten different colours is already available in the standard specification.
Always included in the WeberHaus standard version: a 3mm thick high-grade external render which perfectly supplements and protects the ÖvoNatur-Therm building envelope. The silicone resin render has a water-repellent effect and is weather-resistant, vapour impermeable, windproof and is applied to the entire house without joints. Building owners can choose between various colours.
For all those who want more, it goes without saying that WeberHaus also offers bespoke design options at extra cost: these range from traditional brick cladding to brick slips, to modern facade panels or timber cladding.
Highlight: All windows and French doors have highly efficient triple thermal insulation glazing.
Regardless of whether you choose timber-aluminium or plastic windows: when it comes to windows and French doors, WeberHaus equipment shines with high-quality materials and additional components. Among others, these include natural stone window cills, turn, tilt or tilt and turn fittings for all windows and French doors and mushroom-head cams on all locking points for more security.
Highlight: Roller shutters are installed with electric drive as standard. With WeberLogic 2.0, the roller shutters can be operated both individually and centrally.
Apart from a few exceptions for technical reasons, all WeberHaus windows and French doors are fitted with roller shutters. The roller shutters consist of stable plastic slats. Furthermore, beyond a width of about 1.80 m, aluminium roller shutters are installed for better stability. But in any case, the roller shutter boxes are thermally insulated. In addition, externally accessible openings minimise the labour costs in case of maintenance.
Alternatively, external aluminium Venetian blinds can also be installed at extra cost. These allow you to control the amount of daylight according to your individual requirements, while protecting your privacy at the same time.
Highlight: Generate clean energy with our in-house solar system and be more independent of energy providers and rising electricity prices.
Included in every WeberHaus in the standard version: monocrystalline photovoltaic modules with a black frame and a total output of 3.645 kWp. The PV system is installed in a rectangular, contiguous form on the roof of a house, and includes the connection of all modules, connection to the power inverter and the connecting cable to the meter box. Unused electricity flows into the battery storage device, which is also included in the package. More information about the technology can be found here.
Interior fit-out
Depending on the fit-out level and budget planning, it is possible to realise every design wish with WeberHaus – from light switches to bathroom tiles and the complete fitted kitchen.

Highlight: the insulated Weberith floor slab with 120 mm perimeter insulation forms the foundation for energy-efficient building and living.
Starting with the technical drawings for the floor slab, WeberHaus supplies all the necessary equipment, machinery, tools and formwork materials for the entire construction period of the ground slab. For a solid basis, WeberHaus also prepares the verifiable structural calculations.
The Weberith ground slab is installed with suitable waterproofing and special radon-inhibiting sealing of the openings in the ground slab. Conduits for the utility supplies (electricity/gas/water) can be installed and are charged separately.
Highlight: the wooden staircase is constructed with traditional craftsmanship from solid timber.
The various design variants for the different staircase elements results in a particularly large number of possible combinations for the staircase construction. The beech treads are available with a natural lacquered finish or can be stained in seven different colours. The beech stringer boards, newel posts and handrail are available in a choice of four colours: white, anthracite, quartz grey and window grey. In addition, the balustrades can be fitted with timber or stainless steel balusters. The variant with saddled treads, as shown in the right-hand image, is possible for an additional charge.
Highlight: Branded front door in solid block frame design with 9-point locking system and Euro profile cylinder lock.
Choose your preferred door leaf from four different designs and put together your favourite door step by step, with or without glazing Select a suitable top coat from seven different colours and where required, from one of three glazing variants. You will also receive a key set with 6 keys.
Important plus point: Due to the thermally broken threshold design, the front door also contributes to an airtight, energy-efficient building envelope.
Highlight: in the WeberHaus World of Living kitchen studio in Rheinau-Linx and in the building owner centre in Wenden-Hünsborn you will be advised by experts.

The surface finishing comes with the following three quality level options:
- White-coloured organic interior plaster on straight walls in scraped plaster texture, slopes and ceilings with woodchip wallpaper.
- Woodchip wallpaper and white emulsion finish on walls, sloping surfaces and ceilings.
- Building services rooms receive a coat of paint.
After that, there is nothing to stop you moving in soon.
Highlight: Multimedia package and Homeway cabling system with flexible multimedia sockets, whose buttons and plugs are already tuned to WeberLogic 2.0.
With the WeberHaus multimedia package you have everything covered that today’s telecommunications have to offer: TV, radio, Internet/LAN and telephone. Three junction boxes are installed for this via hybrid cable (coax/Cat. 7). You will receive:
- 2 pcs. LAN/LAN/TV-TwiGa connection sockets
- 1 pc. LAN/TV connection with up to 10 GB per LAN connection
The connections of the multimedia sockets are brought together in the plant room. A double socket is also provided there for the building owner to install a router, switch or similar.
All the sanitary appliances are exclusively branded products from Duravit, Villeroy & Boch and Laufen. Here you can see and find inspiration from a small selection of the WeberHaus range.
Other features :
- Ceramic fittings in the sanitary facilities are finished in white.
- Washbasins are installed complete with designer bottle trap and designer angle valve, single-lever mixer tap, crystal glass mirror and towel rail.
- Wall-hung WCs with self-closing seat are available with a traditional flush rim or an open flush rim design. Toilet roll holder and brush set round off the fittings.
Flat shower tray in a modern, plain design with enamelled surface. The shower screen is made of transparent real glass, the frame profile for wall mounting is matt silver. The shower tray is available in various sizes, depending on the floor plan.
All plumbing fittings in the sanitary facilities have a chrome finish. In the shower a surface-mounted thermostat with complete shower set is installed for convenient adjustment of the water temperature. The large shower head with three different spray types ensures a pleasant showering experience.
Wall-mounted WCs with concealed fixings ensure a clean and modern bathroom look. Another practical feature is the self-closing WC seat: a light tap is enough and the seat lowers automatically – gently and quietly. That not only protects your ears, but also the material.
The WC bowl with open flush rim design enables innovative water flow and guarantees perfect flushing results even with small quantities of water. Thanks to the open and easily accessible rim, the bowl is particularly easy to maintain and keep clean.

With a total of five different ceramic ranges from renowned, award-winning manufacturers, the diversity of the WeberHaus range of fittings for the bathroom, shower room and guest WC is unique. In addition, there are two ranges of sanitary accessories to choose from. You can choose from the full range when designing your private wellness oasis.

With the WeberLogic 2.0 smart home technology, all important devices, from the music system to the roller shutters, can be networked in no time at all and easily controlled with a tap or voice command. That is not only convenient, but also provides more security, efficiency and comfort.
